The Coach Support Program
Clubs who complete our Coach Support Program find it leads to improved coach performance which increases player retention, participation and development. The Program is your chance to invest in your club coaches providing them the skills and resources to ensure they can perform at their best, delivering fun and engaging sessions for your club players.
Our Coach Support Program (CSP) is recognised as the Industry-Leading AFL Junior Club Coaching Program in Australia. We have assisted over 130 junior clubs and leagues, mentoring over 2, 300 junior coaches in their pursuit of providing the ultimate experience for their junior members and families.
Our highly regarded junior coaches, coaching practices and philosophies have lead to exclusive partnerships with North Melbourne FC to design and deliver the NMFC Next Generation Academy and also with St Kilda FC to design and deliver the Saints Edge Academy.
We are the ideal partners to arm your coaches with the knowledge and skills to help players of all ages and abilities get the best out of their footy and keep playing footy at your club.
The Government Grant
The Victorian State Government’s Sporting Club bi-annual grant has re-opened. The grant funds a number of items including up to $2000 for community clubs to invest in the development of coaches. Over 30 DFS Partner Clubs have been successful in winning the grant & providing their coaches access to Australia’s best coach education program.
Part of our success in securing these grants, is partnering with professional grant writers. Our grant writing partners prepare the grant application on your club’s behalf. The process works on a success fee basis, so you would only pay for their services if the application was successful. They basically do all of the work. Most of the grants won by DFS partner clubs over the years have been prepared and submitted by us, via our professional grant writers.
If you are interested to save your club some time and ensure the application is lodged correctly and in time, we highly recommend having the grant application prepared, written and lodged by our professional grant writers. Noting that they also prepare other grant applications if interested.
How It Works
STEP 1
Complete and submit your Club Expression of Interest for Dynamic Footy Skills to deliver our highly acclaimed Coach Support Program to your Club via the $2,000 Government Grant.
STEP 2
We will provide your Club with an official quote, required as part of the Grant application. If you wish, we will connect you with our professional grant writers, who will use their expertise to complete your application, maximising your chances of success.
STEP 3
Once the Grants are announced, your club will be notified of the outcome. If successful, we will commence arrangements to deliver the Coach Support Program & mentor your club coaches.
